Does it still uses the Adobe PDF Converter? PSM saves drivers config in the psm files.

Has anything changed in the Adobe PDF driver? For example, under the Advanced tab of the Adobe PDF printer properties, you can select a driver. I am curious though as to the problems you would expect with version 6.1.2 (Unless we don't save driver settings, meaning that everything from tray selections to finishing options needs to be redone every single time you want to print). There is nothing we can change in PrintShop Mail to prevent this we are fully dependent on the driver information we get presented from windows. You may be able to reset the currently no longer correct driver information stored in the PSM dcoument, by selecting a different printer, saving the document, opening the document, checking if it no longer gives the compatibility warning (otherwise retry) and then changing it back to the PDF driver (and saving). In SP3, Microsoft has made changes in the information the driver provides us. Your computer has most likely installed Windows XP ServicePack 3 (from 2). Has anyone else experienced a problem like this, and does anyone have any ideas for troubleshooting?

I do not want to upgrade to PrintShop Mail 6.2 because of all the bugs that have been discussed on this forum. To add to the complication, as a test I tried to print the tickets directly to my Konica Minolta bizhub C451 using its PostScript driver, and weirdly the job won't duplex.

I have tried the following: run the repair installer (message appears during the attempt to print in PrintShop Mail), uninstall and reinstall PrintShop Mail, use system restore to roll back Windows XP, download and install Acrobat updates, using Windows XP's repair function (both applications) in the Control Panel. I also attempted to re-print other old jobs in PrintShop Mail, and they also suddenly are no longer compatible with the PDF print driver. I just cannot use it with PrintShop Mail. Here's the catch - I can print using Acrobat's Adobe PDF driver out of every other application on my computer just fine.

I attempted to re-print the existing file (with the correct numbering changes in the function expression and in preferences), but now I am getting an error message saying that "Printer 'Adobe PDF' incompatible some printer-specific settings may be lost, please check before printing." The job will not print. This week, my client requested 200 additional tickets. The tickets were printed 10 to a page, duplexed, with the only variable the Counter function (300 records). Three weeks ago I did a ticket job and printed it to pdf as is my usual procedure. I currently am using Acrobat Standard version 7.1.0, the default standard job options in the pdf print driver. I always print all my PrintShop Mail jobs to pdf. I am currently using version 6.0.2 for Windows, on a Windows XP system.
